Design for real people

Never forget who you’re designing for. There are real people sitting behind the screen that use your interface.

Get know your users better: who they are, what they feel, what problems they have, what they’re looking for, what they need.

Optimize your research into one or two typical users. Imagine they’re real people. Give them names and write short bios. Those are your personas. Focus on designing for them.
